- Ensure that all doors and windows are secure.
- Visual inspection of the property following a storm to detect any problems.

- Check visible meters outside for abnormal usage.
- Water the garden and plants.
- Ensure that lawn maintenance is done (separate contract with a specialized company).
- Make sure the pool is maintained (separate contract with a specialized company).
